Personal Data Processing Notice
This notice explains the processing associated with creating or using a BonitaMente account and requesting its learning services. Read it together with the Privacy Policy, which contains the full information about recipients, retention, international processing and your rights.
1. Controller and contact
Igor Korolev, acting as an independent developer, is the controller. For questions or requests, email support@bonitamente.es.
2. Processing needed for the Service
When you request an account or a learning function, we process the information necessary to provide it: your email and sign-in details, account or guest identifiers, learning progress, work you submit, feedback, and relevant purchase and access records. An avatar and voluntary support messages are processed when you choose to provide them. We use these records to operate access, deliver courses, assess exercises and answer requests.
Processing necessary to perform the agreement relies on that agreement. Proportionate security and reliability processing may rely on legitimate interests; legally required records rely on the applicable obligation. The Privacy Policy explains these bases and the information necessary or optional for particular functions.
3. Acknowledgement and consent are different
By acknowledging this notice, you confirm that you have been informed about the processing associated with the Service. This acknowledgement does not make all processing dependent on consent and does not waive any of your rights.
Where an additional activity requires consent, we request a specific choice for that activity and explain its purpose. Accepting the Terms or this notice is not permission for marketing, advertising tracking, public use of your photos or unrelated processing.
4. Voluntary material and access
You decide whether to supply an avatar, send a support request or submit text or photos for an exercise. The material is used for the requested function and is accessible to authorised reviewers or support personnel where necessary. You retain ownership of your material. Public promotion requires separate permission.
Information may be processed by the hosting, storage, service-email and support providers described in the Privacy Policy. Apple, Sentry and Kinescope provide the sign-in and purchase, diagnostic and video functions described there.
5. Withdrawal, objection and deletion
You may withdraw a consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing and does not stop processing that has another valid legal basis. You may also object to legitimate-interest processing, including analytics, and request access, correction, restriction, portability or deletion as provided by applicable law.
Deleting data necessary for an account or learning function can end that function and access to its records. You can request deletion in the app or by email; see Account and Data Deletion. Deletion does not itself cancel an App Store subscription.
We keep proportionate evidence of the notices and choices presented to you to demonstrate compliance, for the period explained in the Privacy Policy. Contact: support@bonitamente.es.
